 What is your return policy?
We have a “no returns” policy. We will exchange an item if the fit is not right. Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email shop@fitcrunchbars.com to request an exchange.

When will my order ship?
Orders received before 12:00pm EST usually ship out the same day. In some cases it may take 1-2 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. We do not ship on holidays.

Do you store my credit card information on your website?
We don’t store the Credit Card info. The information is stored securely with our credit card processor, Stripe. When the customer uses a stored card, our website only passes a unique identifier to the processor telling them which card we are trying to use.
